Herizon Magazine requests Illustration of the Niqab veil

I was recently asked by Herizon’s magazine to to an illustration for an article focused on the ban of the niqab veil worn by many Muslim women as part of the hijab.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to create an image that helped to illustrate the controversy behind this issue.
